This website is operated by Jay Ess Unity India Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at No 3 & 4, 1st Floor, Outer Ring Road, Behind RC Church, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu 635109.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Jay Ess Unity India Private Limited. "You" means anyone accessing this website. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy.

Where we provide services to you under a signed engagement, that agreement governs the services. These terms cover the website only, and do not vary anything agreed in a client contract.

Permitted use

You may browse this site and print or download extracts for your own reference or internal business evaluation. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms;
• copy, republish or redistribute its content commercially without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation or security;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content by automated means;
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

We may restrict or withdraw access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Enquiries and submissions

When you submit the enquiry form you confirm that the information you give is accurate, that you are authorised to give it, and that you are contacting us in a business capacity.

Please do not send us confidential customer records, identity documents, or personal data about third parties through the website enquiry form. It is a first-contact channel, not a secure file transfer. Verification instructions are exchanged only through the channels agreed in a signed engagement.

Nothing here is an offer

The descriptions of services, workflows, turnaround, coverage and reporting on this site are illustrative. They describe how we generally work; they are not a quotation, a service-level commitment, or an offer capable of acceptance.

Scope, turnaround, coverage, pricing and service levels are agreed case by case and recorded in a written engagement. Case files, references, names, timings and reports shown anywhere on this site are illustrative examples and do not depict any real applicant, client or verification.

We provide verification and reporting support. We do not make lending decisions, we do not underwrite, and nothing on this site is financial, credit or legal advice.

The verification console

The "Sign in" link leads to a private application available only to authorised users of client organisations and to our own personnel. Access is granted under a separate engagement and is subject to the access terms notified at the point of sign-in.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately at welcome@jayessunity.com if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, illustrations, logos, photographs and code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. The name Jay Ess Unity, the JEU mark and our logo are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.
